Results:

Average Day Past Ovulation (DPO) for the first positive pregnancy test:	13.6 DPO
Average DPO for the first "false" negative test result:	10.3 DPO
Percentage of pregnancy charts with a positive test at 10 DPO:	10%
Percentage of pregnancy charts which show negative results before a positive result:	17%
Average time between the expected period and the first positive pregnancy test:	0.5 days before the expected period.
Percentage of negative test results taken three days or more before the expected period day on non pregnant charts:	40.7%

I am 10 days DPO tomorow and I trying to hold myself back. However my normal cycle is 28 days and I am day 26 tomorrow.  If I have a high temp tomorrow I am testing.

Honestly, it depends how much a BFN would upset you.

I used an IC and didn't put any pressure on it really, it was early...

The cycle that I most recently got pregnant, I got a BFN at 10dpo and then a BFP at 14dpo. I would definitely wait until at least 12dpo to test. Good luck!

I used an IC and didn't put any pressure on it really, it was early...

 It won't upset me, I haven't even gotten AF since my m/c yet (I know that sounds awful, but my doctor said it was not a big deal if I got pregnant before AF arrived). If it doesn't happen this cycle, that's ok.

My attitude has improved exponentially since I got the genetic test results today (flukey chromosome issue, not likely to recur). That helps a lot.

I say go ahead and test if a bfn won't bother you. Maybe just get a few tests so you have the option of testing on Sunday, or later

I love reading about BFN's at 10dpo, and then BFP's a few days later. I tested today at 10dpo and it was stark white. BUT, I feel different, I'm hoping it's not just in my head. I will be testing again in about 2 days I think!
