Hey!

Okay, I am trying to keep up with this dairy-free diet, but I am missing my mac & cheese!  Any recommendations for a dairy free one?  Not anything I have to make from scratch...just something quick/out of the box or whatever.  That is all I have time for these days. : )

    Whole Foods sells dairy free mac&cheese in the box. I have honestly not tried it, but I send it to daycare with Gina b/c they have mac&cheese day. I will check the name brand next time I go :)

    thanks!  I will have to check it out the next time I am there...which may be a while.  The closest one to me is 30 minutes away. : (

    Oh that stinks, I love WF.  Do you have Trader Joe's?  They have a lot of dairy free options too.

    Look for Purely Decadent in the ice cream aisle.  It is so so yummy :)

    I picked some of that up yesterday...in pomegranate chip!  Havent had any yet though.  I am hoping to drop some weight with dairy-free too...I have 25 lbs. to lose to be at my goal weight.  I only have 15 to lose to be at my weight before pg with Noah, but that is not where I want to be. : (
