Tiptoeing out of lurkdom

Hi ladies, you don't know me but I have been lurking on this board for about six months and just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy the wit, humor, snark and wisdom that you share with everyone.  My husband and I have been TTC for about 18 months and after this cycle (my fourth on 50mg of Clomid) if we don't get a BFP my OB/GYN is referring me to an RE. Anyway, just wanted to say hi and thanks for being the voice of reason in a world full of puppy dogs and rainbows!

Oh, no worries... we actually made the decision to TTC back in August of '07, but didn't worry too much about it until I started having irregular cycles.  Once I started doing more research and read TCOYF, we decided to more actively pursue the subject... that's only been about six months ago.  Oh, and also, my doctor has been consulting with an RE for the last two months regarding me.  I've had most of the testing done that the RE recommended, but my doctor has handled it through her office since my insurance does not pay for IF tests/treatment.

Thanks!  It's been tough and gets tougher everytime AF shows, but my husband is very supportive and reading the stories of people that have had similar experiences helps.

BTW, I'm very sorry aboutevrything that you have gone through recently.
