Swelling/tightness in hands, feet, knees when I wake up???

It goes down pretty quickly, but the last couple of days this has been the case.  I would say it is more tightness then swelling like I am retaining water.  My BP is the same that it has been.....

 I am just wondering if this happens to anyone else?

Yes, it happens to me as well.  I just keep my feel elevated at work and walk around as much as possiable.

YES! I have had to stop wearing my wedding rings when I sleep because my hands and feet are swelling up at night. I often wake in the middle of the night too to hands that are asleep and numb. Doc said to chalk it up to pregnancy carpul tunnel...who knows though. As long as it goes away while I get ready I can live with it for now.
