It really depends on the item. I found some tops run a little large, but their "clinger" styled tops are definitely true-to-size if not slightly smaller. Pants are pretty good -- I've been consistent with a M from them so far. Dresses vary by material -- knit dresses run looser, but non-stretchy dresses run true-to-size and don't allow room to stretch, so you have to consider how long you'll want to/be able to wear it.

Old Navy may fit you like a glove, but for me everything is too big in the shoulders (of all places). That doesn't make me right or you wrong. Let's learn to appreciate the things that make us different.
(But seriously, ON sizing sucks for me...it's all over the place. I suggest trying things on. Other chicks dig it.)

I find ON fits me pretty well for maternity clothes, but their non-pg clothes NEVER fit my pre-pg body right! At least I can get affordable maternity clothes and splurge on the more long-term stuff for my non-pg body!
I went to ON last night to look for jeans and found that they did not fit me at all. I wore an 8/10 pre preg, however I have a butt and hips and the maternity jeans were either super tight in the thigh or falling off if I went up a size. Needless to say I did not buy anything.

Totally depends on the article of clothing and even the color. I got the same pants in black and tan and the tan are bigger than the black ones. Hey, cheap 3rd world outsourcing has its costs.
*shrugs*... just bought capris from them the other day and they fit fine. It was a little bit, but what can ya do. I'll buy anything bigger for cheap prices.
