2/6/07 was one of the scariest days (short of their delivery) in my life. ?cassidy was still in the nicu and i was home with dylan while DH was at work. ?during his 11am feeding he brady'd twice...really bad. ?he turned blue, then pinked back up, then he went blue again. ?the monitor was blaring. ?it wouldn't stop. ?i made a seal to start cpr and he came back again. ?it was horrible. ?i remember thinking that things would never feel normal...

he went back to the nicu that night and i remember feeling so relieved that he was back there. ?my how things have changed since that day. ?i count my blessings each and every day.?

I hate those anniversaries!!!  DS should be turning 1 on 2/13/09.  But he's 15.5 months old.  I'll probably be a mess on that day.  This time last year he was having laser eye surgery for ROP.
