SO Overwhelmed!

My beautiful twin girls just arrived 6 days ago and came home 4 days ago. I am so emotional and cry hard every night. My poor DH has been such a blessing which makes me cry more dreading him going back to work. I feel so overwhelmed and so emotional. Any advice?

    That is completely normal-you are a new Mommy and also have lots of hormones going through you; not to mention you're probably not getting much sleep.  Take a deep breath, try to relax, and know that you are a GREAT Mommy!  And it sounds like you have a great husband!!

    congrats on becoming a mom and having such healthy babies. ?it's really hard at first, and you're blessed to have such a wonderful hubby. ?you're supposed to cry (and a lot at that)...the hormones are mostly to blame. ?take it feeding by feeding. you can do this. ?it'll be hard, but you'll figure it out. ?some days i felt like giving up...but someone always came to my rescue. ask for help...do you have family around?

    I think I cried every night for the 1st month! TOtally normal! I still feel overwhelmed but it gets better every day!
