cervix clamp so not the worst part

of an hsg (uterine dye test). Anyone had one of these? 

Had mine on tuesday she had to do it twice, what a bizarre procedure but on the upside everything looked normal, so a septate uterus is not an issue, yay!

    I haven't had one.  Was it painful?
    4/08 BFP resulted in m/c
    8/08 BFP resulted in m/c
    3/09 Polyp removed and dx MTHFR (both copies)
    6 Clomid cycles, all BFN

    I've had one - and it was horrible. The doc couldn't get the clamp to "clamp on" - and then she had troubles inserting....I swear it was her first time trying this, and I even had to look to make sure it wasn't the intern standing in the room! Ugh! I wouldn't do it again if someone paid me!

    I had one for my sonohystogram. It pinched, but my cervix was more sore the next day.

    it did pinch but the cramping when the dye was injected was the worst part, ugh DH could hear me groaning outside the x-ray room in the hall.

    I like to think that everything that I have to have done is just preparing me for having a baby :)
