you might want to post this on the Preemies or the 0-6 board.

Because if you have HELLP, you've probably already delivered your baby.

I haven't had it but I've had paitents that have had it.  Not sure what kind of info you're looking for.  It is associated with pre-eclampsia.  It is an acronym for hemolytic anemia, elevated liver enzymes, and low platelet count.  Pts usually have liver (also called epigastric pain), blurred vision, headaches.  It's very serious.
