Your spelling and pronunciations are backwards.

Spelling - Ailsa should be pronounced like Elsa with a long A sound in front. Ayl-sa.

Your spelling is fine/correct.

But, ditto pp re: pronounciation - should be 'AYL-sa'.

Lovely Scottish name though.
