Interviewing daycares/nannies?

Anyone have any suggestions on what I should look for/ask when I'm interviewing daycares/nannies?? I'm going to have to make a list and write everything down. DH can't go with me or help because he's so swamped at work and I have a feeling I'm going to cry most of the time. I'm having a really hard time even thinking about anyone else watching him during the day. =(
