My niece just said the saddest thing ever....

My niece is 2 1/2 and my sister is a SAHM with her and my 7 month old nephew. Her husband is a Marine and is at school on a navel base in florida until June. Then my sister and kids are moving with him once he is stationed somewhere. Anyway my sister has a picture of him in a frame on the table next to the couch and my niece went and picked up the picture and sat in the coner of the living room and looking at the picture and my sister said "hey Jor whatcha doin?" and she says " I miss him, daddy"

How freaking sad is that Im all teary eyed at my desk.

well thanks, now I'm officially crying too. My DH is a Marine and is gone Mondays thru Fridays for training. After this one's done he'll go somewhere in the country anywhere from 1-6months for training and I will not be going with him. Atleast it's just me missing him now, for his second training the babies will be here...

Now I'm all teary eyed! Right now I'm just missing my husband. He is deployed for a year. Next time it will be our child missing him too. Oh the joys of the military!
