Last night DH mopped the floors while I vacuumed. I picked up the cushions on the couch and freaked. I felt like Kate (J&K+8 with the refrigerator). I could not believe all the crap under the cushions! It had not been that long since I did it.

I have a hard enough time forcing myself to vacuum once a week, let alone check under my couch cushions.  I would say I clean them about once a month.  And now I think I am going to have to do it tonight when I get home because you have me thinking about it now!

My couch cushions are a part of the couch..........so never!

I have 2 dogs, a cat and a toddler.  If I didn't vaccuum under the cushions once a week I fear a new animal would grow out of the hair from the pets feeding off of dd's crumbs.

I'm an other. Maybe once a quarter I'll give the house a thorough cleaning. That includes a solid dusting, vacuuming under the cushions, wiping down the cabinets, etc.
