11 weeks to late to see a doctor?

Hello everyone, I am 7 weeks pregnant and my first doc appt is on feb 25th by them I will be 11 weeks. Is that a long time to see a ob doctor? She is out of the cambridge hospital anyone go there and recommend it?

    I work at an ob/gyn doctors office. We have patients come in at 10 weeks. 11 Weeks is ok but if your going to do any genetic testing its usually done at 12 wks. HTH

    i'm also going to Cambridge Hospital, i scheduled my appt a month ago and it is for next week, i will be 9 weeks.

    i tink this is a normal wait time. although it stinks. haha.

    I wouldn't worry about it. I went in at 10 weeks and few days. I forget the exact date.

    Also if you do want genetic testing the doctors know what the time frame is for getting that done so they will fit you in. Don't worry about missing that. Also the Early Risk Assesment is done between 11-14 weeks and the Quad testing is done at 14-16 weeks. So you'll be fine.
