Having a problem with feeding

My lo is fed ebm through a bottle and during the day when we sit down to feed him he starts screaming. He moves his head so it is hard to get the nipple in. he has benn doing this for about 2 weeks. I am about ready to lose it. It is so sad. I am thinking it isn't anything I am eating or we would wait a few mins. until after he eats. He only spits up 2-3 times a week. We are going to the pedi this afternoon.

It could be reflux even if he isn't spitting up.  I'm sure you've tried different bottles and nipples...  I hope your pedi can help.
