good takeout in the Pleasant Hill/WC area..

My husband's birthday is next week, he really doesn't want to do anything for his birthday and he's working that day so I think I'm going to get some takeout. (and hey HAPPY day for me if I don't have to cook )

Any recs? Besides CA pizza kitchen. I was thinking PF changs but just wanted to know if there were any places I'm forgetting about.

My favorite when I'm "home" (eat in or take out) is El Charro in Lafayette (Mexican).

Pomegranite (sp?) on S. Main in WC is also awesome food, Greek/Mediterrenean, I know they do take out. They catered my mom's 60th birthday and it was awesome! get extra flat bread! Tough parking to pick up though, if you are both going and one can hop out and the other can circle that's best.

There's always the places by the PH movies- Yan Can, Pasta Pomodoro, etc.

Those are all PH area... I haven't gotten take-out from WC in forever, so I can't think of what would be good.

After we had J, someone brought us a meal from this place. (tea smoked salmon) My DH hates salmon and he really liked this!

It was *awesome*! I haven't gone to pick up a meal in the retail location in Alamo, but I'm seriously tempted! And, we considered ordering a meal for V-day at home, but now my parents will come to watch J so we can go out! In any case, thought I'd offer up a 'different' solution
