So I finally got up enough courage to try feeding them simultaneously and it went GREAT!  I sat on the couch and put a boppy on each side of me.  Thank you all for your great advice!

It is amazing how many uses there are for a "c" shaped pillow. Glad you tried feeding them at the same time, it really saves a lot of time.
