Enlarged ovary?

I just got a call back from my doc that my follow-up CT scan on my spleen looks great and that it's all healed.  But they found an "incidental" thing that she mentioned to me, which is that my right ovary has enlarged a bit in the past two weeks (from the CT scan at the ER on 1/19 to the follow up on 1/29).  I don't want to Google because I inevitably have myself dying from some rare, incurable disease when I do that . . . but, what might cause that?

I know ovarian cysts could do it, but I've never had them before, and i just think the timing is too coincidental . . . unless, do ovaries change during ovulation at all . . . ?
