What exactly happened to good customer service?  I don't mean to sound like my 75 year old grandma and be complaining but my goodness!  The staples guy just delivered our office supplies to our office and he was cussing and ranting and raving in our parking lot.  Then he comes in and complains about how somone is going to fall out there and I'm going to be wishing we had cleaned off our parking lot better!  And we should be ashamed of ourselves being an excavation company and not having our parking lot cleaned off. I was like oh really because you old man do NOT look 6 months pregnant to me! And I walk on it daily!!! And it's not like we are a snow plow company with snow all over our parking lot.  Then we would need to be ashamed of ourselves!

Is your parking lot still that bad?? Luckily ours was way better today than it has been. We're off Linden Ave.

too bad he didn't fall, wouldn't that be hilarious?! lol Maybe not.. it is a law suit waiting to happen I guess, but what a jerk!

Haha Agreed, But then he needs to find a new job. Dont give me a nasty attitude cuz you're too lazy to find something else. I dont like what I do but I have to be nice to make money.

I think it's a Monday thing.  Every customer I've talked to today has been crabby.  EVERY ONE.  Insanity.
