Last night was the first time I really had difficulty getting comfortable. Usually I turn my pillow vertically and lay on it that way. We have king size pillows so it tends to help, but not last night. Any suggestions?
I got a body pillow which helped some. Having something between my knees helps a lot. I am not a side sleeper so it's taking me some getting used to. When I do lay on my back I have to have a pillow under my knees and my feet elevated. I feel like I need one of those adjustable beds you see advertised on tv.
