Difficulty sleeping

Last night was the first time I really had difficulty getting comfortable. Usually I turn my pillow vertically and lay on it that way. We have king size pillows so it tends to help, but not last night. Any suggestions?

Re: Difficulty sleeping

  • I'm with you! I couldn't get comfortable and practically didn't get enough sleep. So your not the only one....

  • I have been sleeping on my side with a pillow between my legs and it seems to help with the back strain.
  • Go ahead and invest in a body pillow or a snoogle. Its only going to get worse.
  • I really do like my snoogle pillow. It took some time to get used to it but I don't think I could sleep without it now.

  • I have a body pillow and love it.  Helps me sleep (other than the bathroom trips) but I have been waking up feeling good.

  • I got a body pillow which helped some.  Having something between my knees helps a lot.  I am not a side sleeper so it's taking me some getting used to.  When I do lay on my back I have to have a pillow under my knees and my feet elevated.  I feel like I need one of those adjustable beds you see advertised on tv.
