I fell on my rear several weeks ago, and I was really scared.  I posted here and got lots of encouragement.  When I went to see the doctor, she said the baby is basically wrapped (as if it were in bubble wrap) and that everything was fine.  I know I stressed out for days, though.  You'll be fine.  The baby will be fine.  Just take it slow and easy.
