I am never sore after Level 1. However...I still cannot do the push up set..and then follow with weights into the next set. I can do it without the weights..and I am still sore. Also..I get worn out before the last 2 lunges in that section too.
But..then I am not sore the next day. Maybe I need to push it harder for the next couple days..or I should I up it to level 1?
