DS Ladys...should I go to level 2.

I am never sore after Level 1.  However...I still cannot do the push up set..and then follow with weights into the next set.  I can do it without the weights..and I am still sore.  Also..I get worn out before the last 2 lunges in that section too.

But..then I am not sore the next day.  Maybe I need to push it harder for the next couple days..or I should I up it to level 1?

  • Personally, I wouldn't go on to leve 2 until you can completely finish level 1 with the weights.

  • I'm doing 10 days per level. By the time I moved to level 2 I could do level 1 without having to take a break and could do most of the unmodified push ups. I'm a few days away from level 3 and I'm already scared about what's in store for me!
