That Addie's moving to a toddler bed. I don't know why it bothers me, none of the milestones make me think she's growing up too fast or anything. I like the age she's at (most of the time) and I like the kid she's becoming. She's just not a baby anymore.

or maybe it's just pms.

The little milestones make me a bit sad, too! It's exciting, but bittersweet at the same time.

I always tell K, "I don't want you to grow up"...and she replies in the sweetest little voice "I AMMMMMMMM growin' up, mom!"

I wish I could bottle a little bit of each age.

I know what you mean. You're doing better than I am, I was sad when we weaned and about Amelia's first birthday.  They just grow up too quickly!

It all makes me sad.  I don't do well with any of the milestones and growing up.

I refuse to believe that Charlotte will be ONE in 22 days.  It just seems like yesterday we were bringing her home from the hospital in newborn clothes....I get sad at each new milestone, too.  I truly can't believe my tiny little girl is going to be ONE YEAR OLD.  She looks like she's 6 months old still!

They grow up so fast.
