I posted almost this exact post last week... except I had JUST gotten my BFP. And I was given the response that Benadryl is on the OKAY list... just don't use a ton of it all the time. I took it two or three nights to help me sleep (there was so much snot running down the back of my throat that I was staying awake). I'd have stayed much more sick if I hadn't slept well.

I'm pretty sure Benadryl is category B. A dr. at a walk-in clinic told me it's better than some of the newer allergy meds b/c it's been around longer, so they are more sure that it's safe.
