I don't get them often, but when I do....yikes. The pain wraps around my lower back and lasts about 5-10 mins. It usually subsides after I put a heating pad on my back. After doing some reading it looks like the ute could be making its way up from behind my pubic bone.  Anyone else experience/experiencing any back cramping?

I don't have cramping in my back per say, just a dull aching lower back - usually at night since early this week. My DH rubs it and it helps and laying down helps too.
