We use a standard size pillow that isn't too high for her head/neck. And right now, she has a quilt or sometimes a full size goosedown (half is on the floor). I couldn't get myself to pay so much for a toddler size goosedown, but I may get her a light weight twin size goose down in the near future since she can always use it for her twin size bed whenever we get it.
We use a pillow she stole from my bed (sniff, sniff, one of my faves) and one of the gagillion blankets she has. She really hates being covered up, so it usually ends up on the floor.
We bought a memory foam toddler pillow for Sarah from One Step Ahead, and it's the perfect size for her.
She uses a ridiculously small baby blanket that someone gave Elizabeth. For some reason Sarah's super attached to it. Ditto PP who said it ends up on the floor most of the time.
