Hi Ladies,?
Does anyone have any advice on getting babies to sleep better at night? ?My triplets are 4 1/2 months old, but still get up at least once to eat. ?In addition to getting up to eat, they also wake up a lot. ?Recently, I haven't been able to sleep for more than 1-2 hours?consecutively. I feel like they should be able to go from 7 - 7 by now or at the very least, sleep soundly up until it is time to eat. ?They eat between 24 and 32 ozs during the day. ?When they wake up at night, I give them a 3 oz snack bottle.?
?Any suggestions? ?What did you all do to get your babies to sleep??

I dont know if this is really the correct answer. But when they woke up, I gave them their binkies until they fell asleep again. They will STTN as long as they have a 8 oz bottle before bed. GL!
