Hey, just saw your page.  I have an inhaler to treat it.  I used to take a puff or two before I began my workout and then as needed during and afterward.  I don't use an inhaler anymore, but probably should.

    So strange. I know I haven't been officially diagonosed, but from all that I have read, my symptoms fit the bill.

    It goes away, but it takes a while. And Its only when I work out REALLY hard, like today when I did the 30DS.

     

  • There is really nothing to being diagnosed either.  You tell your doc your symptoms and they pretty much will say either you have it or  not.  There is no way to test for it...or at least there wasn't when I got diagnosed.
