What do I give for this bat mitzvah? (not going)

We are invited to a bat mitzvah in NJ at the end of February, but since I will be 33 weeks pg and it's 5 1/2 hours away, we're not going. They are not super close friends, but a family that we worked with one summer (2003) and have kept in touch with. They came to our wedding (2005) and brought a generous gift, but they are waaaaay more well-off than we are. What do I send? Help!

ETA-they also sent a shower gift when I was pg with Claire (bundle me off the registry) and a gift when she was born (monogrammed sweater and some other little things)

If you know the girl whose bat mitzvah it is, maybe some kind of jewelry or other personal gift... if not, $$ is always good ($50-$100 range?)
