so my throat doesn't hurt any more, but my nose is on auto drip.  it's all red from the cheap a$$ tissues we have at work. 

an admissions rep asked me if a) my hair was thinning and then, proceeding to stare harder at my head, b) proceeded to comment on my white hairs and asked if i was like 50.  okay asshat, stop staring.  way to make me paranoid about my appearance.  i don't need to explain it to him, so i won't bother explaining it here (no offense, it's just really not worth it)

we had a baby shower for my friend/co-worker today.  she's 80-90% effaced and like 2 cm dilated.  we got waaaaay too much cake.  i brought a 2nd piece to my office but every time i try to eat it, i wanna hurl.  poor cake.  i really wanna eat it. 

vent over.  thanks.  had to get that off my chest.

asshat indeed, i really can't believe the shiit people say...were they not taught manners.  sorry you had to go through that.  and sorry that second piece of cake is being so challenging.  enjoy the weekend!
