I was throwing up water and everything and my acupuncturist said it was too cold, so I have started warming it up. Warm water with a little ginger shaved into it is what I drink pretty much all day now. ?
some girls have problems drinking at the same time as eating, have you tried doing it seperately? i guess you could up your liquidy food intake....soup, celery, lettuce, watermelon, fruit etc. dehydration is really bad so please be careful. maybe your dr. will have some great ideas. gl
I was having trouble last week. I started drinking fluids with a straw; it made me drink slower and take smaller sips, which in turn did not give me "sloshy stomach" (very technical term ).
Re: Anyone having trouble drinking fluids?
hmmm...I mix my water with juice or lemon and drink out of a straw, that seems to help me drink more.
I was having the same problem and my dr told me to try to eat ice pops. It has made a huge difference for me.
