It was so yummy but now feel a little guilty

I know its no big thing in the grand?scheme?of things but its so much pressure to be all natural and all healthy about our choices... I just had to have it!

Recently snuck away from work to meet a girlfriend where I devoured 10piece Ckn McNuggetts, small fry, and small chocolate shake. I never eat like that.
