Now I'm P-O'd

So I guess when it finally warms up, and the snow melts in the mountains (june at this rate), I'm going to be a bit too pregnant to do any mountain biking.  That sucks. I don't know why I just all of a sudden realized this, it must have been all the skiing posts.  Just had to share my disappointment at that revelation.

  • I had been biking with friends for a few years, will be strange when they go and I dont. Also when they go out.
  • This girl I went to HS was OBVIOUSLY pregnant and I saw her riding a bike to the ice cream shop I worked at.  lol  The ice cream shop was on a trail... because that probably sounded weird.  But she seemed to be doing fine!  I was kind of nervous for her but she wasn't!  It wasn't like intense mountain biking though or anything, lol.  It was a paved trail.

I'm a klutz as it is, there's no way I wouldn't fall being that pregnant...paved or not!

  • as soon as i found out i was pg the doctor told me no bike riding. i was bummed cause DH was going to get me a new bike for christmas and he decided not to get it because of what the doc said
  • I ride my bike all the time in the summer and pull DS in a cart behind it. I am really sad that not only will I not be able to pull DS but that I will not be able to ride at all. Maybe I still will, I mean is it really that bad to ride a bike if you are taking it slow? I haven't falled off my bike since I was a kid. I won't pull the cart but I still want to ride to get some exercise.........
