How many of ya'll had your baby one your due date?

I am due on August 8th and my DH has his 10 year class reunion on the 22nd. I am a tad worried about not having the baby by the 8th.

Did any of ya'll go any further than your due date?

i had both of mine early . . . the first one was 6 days early and the 2nd was 9 days early. my cousin had her first a week late though.

I was induced 3 days before my due date.  My dr doesnt like to go past the due date

My daughter was born 2 days late. ( I was gonna get her out at that point whether or not she wanted to, thankfully she did lol )

Mine was 10 days late... First babies typically go at least a little late, but everyone is different, and there are always exceptions.

I was induced 5 days late...I have a feeling she would have stayed in there a while if I hadn't had any complications...

I was due April 6th, and Avery was born April 11. I would definitely just expect to go late since the majority of first time moms do. The average first pregnancy is around 41 weeks.

Mine was 2 days short of being THREE weeks late. Anything can happen! And yes, he came on his own time, no induction.

Due May 9th, born May 5th.  My doc had told me to go ahead and go to the hospital at my appt., but then I ended up needing pitocin after THEY broke my water.  So I don't know if I would've gone far past my due date, but probably would've made it until then at least.  I'm still annoyed about the whole thing.  I know more now, and will hopefully be able to go into labor natually.

lol... I was 2 weeks late. My doc was pretty much a quack and thank goodness I have a new one. They say most 1st time moms are a little late but really it all depends on how your pregnancy goes and your doctor. Anything can happen!

I was induced 10 days after my due date. Everyone is different but from I hear...your 1st is more likly to come later than sooner.

1st born was induced a week early b/c my blood pressure was crazy high.

2nd born was one of those 5% of kid who are acutally born on their due date.

I had DS 3 days after his due date. I think that it's pretty common to be a little bit later with your first pregnancy, but I think that most people deliver within 5 days of their due dates.

I was due with my first on Dec 27, 2003... I was induced December 8th, had him late December 9th. Just enough time to recover from fat pants before Christmas!!!
