Drs appointment

I just wanted to share my excitement about my drs appt. It was day before yesterday, and everything went well. Got my first ultrasound, and also got to hear the heartbeat on doppler at 8 and a half weeks! I was super stoked. My OB said it was really early, and we might not detect it on doppler yet, but when she did, she said "Your baby has an extremely strong heartbeat! That's good news!"

Good news always makes ya happy. Hearing the heartbeat definitely puts your mind at ease as well.

That's so great to hear!  Congrats! 

I have my 2nd appt on Monday, and I'm really hoping we'll be able to hear the heartbeat, too.

YAY! We saw the hb on u/s at 9 wks. 2 days, and at our second appointment on Monday, I'm hoping to hear it on doppler.
