I don't know what's gotten into Marmalade, but last night he chewed up a membrane for my breast pump and I just caught him jumping off the counter with the pacifier in his mouth.  (Yuck!  Time for lots and lots of soap and hot water!)

The dishwasher basket will prove very, very useful to keep all these little things safe from Marmalade.

Something about cats and those pumps. Ours would always chew on the tubing for mine - eventually I had to replace them because one of the cats chewed a hole in one (kind of ruins the suction). Save your sanity and pick up a pack of membranes now, cats love to steal them.
