Lonely Mom

Hi, I am a 28-year-old Mom who is expecting another child, and I am new to this forum. I moved to Cleveland a couple years back but have yet to make friends because I work from home a lot and have focused on raising my child. Any suggestions/ideas for a way to meet other Moms, other than prenatal yoga? I'm on the west side.

    A friend of mine is a stay at home mom and has joined play groups. I think she found them online like craigs list just listing people who want to get together. Also try the local library for story times you could meet moms while the little one plays.

    I would suggest a story time at the library and/or a class for "mommy n me" such as a begining swim class or exercise class.  You could look in your local paper for a play group...or ask people at work who have kids how they meet friends.

    Tri-c offers a mom and me swim class its alot off fun and a good way to meet some other moms.
