What do you serve with lobster ?

We usually do traditional Maine lobster bake stuff - roasted red potatoes, corn on the cob, bread and salad.  YUM!  I so want lobster right now!

Oooh, corn on the cob sounds great if you can find any right now. If that seems too carb-heavy with the rice pilaf, maybe a green salad or lightly steamed green beans?

LOL, this was my first thought too.  Really though, baked potato and a salad or veggies would be yummy.
