Inexpensive crib

Please recommend your crib. Thanks!

Re: Inexpensive crib

  • The crib we really want in the Babi Italia Espresso Pinehurst dropside.  It retails for about $300 and has all the features we want and gets high marks from Baby Bargains. It can be purchased at BRU.

  • I have the Babi Italia crib also, but not the dropside. I think ours was $499 without a sale, but it's ALWAYS on sale.  In fact, it's on sale starting tomorrow.

  • We purchased the Ikea Leksvik crib for $159.00. No drop-side, but it converts, there are a ton of other matching pieces within the Leksvik set that can be purchased, and Baby Bargains said that Ikea cribs are pretty good. Ikea also has cribs in the $80-$140 range. hth

  • The crib that we purchased was $309, now it's $339 (no shipping or tax).

We actually bought this to make into a full bed for when my brother stay with us.  Then I got pregnant and my brother told us not to spend the money for the frame.  It is super sturdy and cute!  They also have a matching changing table.

edit: it also has a drop side which is great because I'm short!
