hey DH went to bed and I'm headed that way now, but page me tomorrow during the day if you're on. I'll get DH to recommend a few places. We recently went to Millbrook winery and holy crap, it was sooooo good. Oh and Rhinebeck is the actual town, it's cute and quaint.
also, DH is a chef, he went to CIA--if you've never been, the campus is AWESOME. Just don't walk around hungry, you'll drive yourself nuts with the smells!
