Nanny interviews
I think it might be soon now but I need to balance my work calendar with my home calendar. When is a good time to start interviewing? What is appropriate to ask as far as baby related housework? Any other suggestions for the interviewing are welcomed. The agency will provide me with background check, referecenes and appropriate pay based on experience and certifications but I still feel like I need to do my own investigated work.
