  • Ok, well here's some ideas ---

    for snacks -

    sugar free jello w/whipped cream (orange tastes just like a creamsicle), carrots, pickles, apple with caramel, apple with peanut butter, banana, yogurt (under 100 calories), green giant flavored veggies (in the freezer) pop in the micro --- 2 points and YUM!

    breakfast - lite multigrain english muffin (1 point), egg whites with veggies, egg whites with 3 slices of bacon and 1 slice of cheese (6 points), yogurt with kashi go lean cereal added (1/4 cup).  on the weekends, I have two eggs (with yolk) and 2 slices of toast.  It's 5 points and I feel like I'm having a "real" meal.  :)

    lunch --- lean cuisines, salad, salad with chicken breast

    dinner --- I LOVE Tyson bagged buffalo chicken strips (2 points for one strip).  Add 2 of them to a salad loaded with veggies and some light honey dijon dressing.  YUM!  :) 

    Taco salad is another fave of mine.  Use turkey burger or Lipton Spanish rice as the meat part.  salsa, guacamole, reduced fat sour cream.  Yum!
    Crunch up some Tostitos on top (7 chips - 1 point!)

    A whole chicken in the crockpot with green beans and rice (Lipton --- 2 points for 1/2 cup!)

    veggie stir fry over teriyaki rice -- veggies are 0, teriyaki rice is 4 points/cup and the sauce is 1 point for 4 tablespoons

    Hhmm, I'll have to let you know if I think of more.  I know there is more --- I'm just fried right now but wanted to respond!  :)
