My MIL just called and said that she would buy us a twin pack and play. That is great, but the thing is we have one that I could use from my DD that has a changer on it. We only use the changer now, but the first 6 weeks or so, Emily slept in it. I don't think we need another one. So do you think it would be rude for me to have DH to ask her instead to buy one of the cribs?
Re: Would it be rude
I was told by our pediatrician that both babies can sleep together until they start moving around a lot so it seems you'll only need one. We have two so that we can travel with them this summer (when they will no longer be able to sleep together).
I don't think it would be rude to just tell her that you already have one and don't need another. Maybe then she will ask what you need and offer to buy you something else.
