OMG Today is a great day already

It is before noon and I am dressed AND I have brushed my teeth.  I think I will take a walk and show the boys the neighborhood.

    1 month old twins, you are dressed AND have brushed teeth? That is more than I ever did at that stage. You go girl!

    I remember thinking, I used to have manicured nails, and makeup and highlighted hair and cute high heels.... Where have I gone? Am I now a mother and this is just how it goes? Will I ever get my old self back again?

    Maybe not the nails or hair anymore, but after the first 4 months, you will be yourself again.

    I just got out of the shower now that DH is home.  A hot shower always make me feel better.
