Weird, sharp pains in lower left abdomen. Any advice?

I think it's kind of around where my ovaries are. I've had my suspicions about PCOS ever since we had the whole rollercoaster TTC experience. Does anyone know what ovarian cysts feel like? I have a sharp pain that comes and goes and it's very low in my pelvic region on the left side. I'm off to google it right now.

It could be an ovarian cyst (I have those too), or it could be just gas.

I get ovulation pains for about half a day a month.  I've had cysts and that feels the same, just for a few days/weeks instead of part of one day.

Also that's about what my implantation cramping felt like....

I am pretty gassy. LMAO! I have a GYN appt on Friday, so I'll just bring it up then.
