F/U

just saw the post below.

DH is doing okay. He took Ginger our rot in yesterday and asked the vet (a family friend) what he would do if it was his pet.

It was good that DH and him were friends because I think it helped him a little more the the vet was honest. She had severe arthritis and had been suffering for a few years not but things were tolerable for her and she was happy as long as she had her meds......things turned worse 3 weeks ago.

He was really quiet last night and this morning . He took the morning off to spend time with the kids.....

thanks ladies again for your kind words. We hope that our other dog Hazel (my dog) will be okay through this because I don't think DH could handle anymore chaos right now..

and with that I leave you all with some PIP:

Brought to you by the first snow fall this year in MS (in our area anyway).

Emilia....doing what she does best at the most absurd times:

Tantrum #3

no photo because 2 feet from where she threw these is a large puddle that she managed to lay in and I had to get her out....

she could care less that it is 25 degrees outside.

Re: F/U

  • I just found the post from last night.  I am so sorry for your loss.  It is one of the hardest things to lose a pet.  Hope you heal soon.
  • Sorry about the puppy. Sad

And about E...at least she's cute; right?

  • I'm so sorry about Ginger, I hope your DH gets some smiles from Emilia's interpretation of the day.
  • Again I am so sorry for your loss and I hope you guys are ok soon! Hang in there. On a lighter note- how the heck are you going to keep E's white coat clean if she keeps flopping on the ground!?!?! :)
