I'm on clomid as of right now and my doctor told me there is always a slight chance of Twins, he said it wasn't too common with Clomid to have more than twins but it can happen. I think usually with the more stronger fertility treatments do you find many multiples like this.  But then last week when I went to him to have a follicle check he said I had 4 matured follicles and I can end up with quads. I think he was joking but not sure.
