what is a "nesticle"?

so i posted last night about our "points" and the white rectangles under our names. ?i know know what the points mean, but i'm still confused on the rectangle nesticles. ?can someone please explain? TIA

    You see those empty white rectangles under your name? Those USED to be circles on the Nest, so they called them Nesticles (te$ticles). Before the points and bronze/silver/platinum status, the only way to guage a big poster was by the Nesticles.
