Parenting after a Loss

gymboree

so i have never even walked into a gymboree store before today.  someone had given me the world's cutest clothing for cuppa and i decided i'd go today to exchange a few of the items for smaller sizes.  the store is DANGEROUS!  everything was so cute i almost got into huge trouble.  i ended up only splurging on one outfit and only because it was a ladybug outfit and that's how we've decorated her nursery.

but seriously, i don't think i'll be able to be held accountable for future purchases that i now know will be made.

Re: gymboree

  • aaah...yes... it's addicting.  I have rules - I only buy on clearance - for the year ahead - because my daughter has too many clothes for whatever size she's in :)

    you gotta love gymbucks too!

  • They have great sales/clearance items!  Also, look for outlets.

don't encourage me!  this could be my new addiction.  i used to like to buy clothing for me, i can totally see buying for cuppa as far more dangerous to my non-existent bank account.

  • I've been addicted to Gymboree when I had DS, now that have DD, the addiction is ten times worst.?
  • Ooh, I think I saw the ladybug outfit you are talking about a couple weeks ago when DH and I first ventured in. Did you get the little hat with the antenna on it? I thought it was just TOO cute! Thankfully our trip was before the big u/s, so we didn't buy anything. But definitely hard to resist!
