what do the white rectangles under our name and picture mean? and what do the points mean? ?do they ever add up to something wonderful...like a nanny?

the white things are the new nesticles. the points show how popular you are.  you get points per view and more per reply.

Okay so WTF is a Nesticle and how do you get that?  If you ask me it sounds too similar to testicle.
